What is your returns policy?

We accept returns only if your item is damaged or defective. We do our best to package every order with care. However, if your order arrives damaged or with any defects, please contact us as soon as possible via support@velorithworld.com with clear photos of the issue so we can properly assist you. Please be sure to contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, otherwise we cannot be held responsible unless it is an obvious printing/production error.

What are the estimated delivery times?

We aim to ship your order within 3-5 business days after you place it. Our main shipping days are typically Monday and Friday. If you need to receive your items urgently, please email support@velorithworld.com and we will try our best to expedite your shipment.

I placed an order, but my shipping address is wrong!

Don’t panic! If you entered incorrect information when placing your order, please email us immediately with the correct shipping address, and we will help you correct it. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible to avoid shipping errors. We are not responsible for any losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses due to ordering mistakes.

I ordered several items, will they be shipped together?

Unless you order bulky items (such as sweaters and mugs), all items will be shipped together. If you order bulky items at the same time, your order may be shipped in two packages, but all packages will be shipped on the same day.

I placed two orders, will they arrive in the same box?

If we notice that your order items are going to the same address, we may ship them in the same package. This helps save packaging costs! If this happens, we will refund the shipping cost for the combined order. If you place two orders and want them shipped separately, please email support@velorithworld.com after placing your order.

Do you offer wholesale prices?

Absolutely! If you would like to sell Velorith products in your store, please email support@velorithworld.com

Nice to meet you! My name is Ella, and I’m the founder and designer of Velorith. In 2018, I started this little corner of the internet with product. Since then, I’ve created more products and enjoy sharing my entrepreneurial journey on Instagram!

Why Did We Start?

The birth of Velorith can be traced back to 2018 when I decided to apply my illustration skills to product design. At that time, I was still working part-time at a retail store and started collecting products hanging on lanyards. I loved collecting pins that related to my personal experiences, but I was frustrated that there were no cheese-themed products on the market (I absolutely love cheese!). So, after extensive research and sketching, I designed my first cheese-themed product and collaborated with a manufacturer to bring it to life. I worked hard to promote my products, opened an Instagram account, and reinvested every sale into the store to develop more products!

How Do We Create?

All products are designed by me personally in my home studio. This means you won’t find my products anywhere else except on our official online retailers Etsy and Not on the Highstreet. Like all products, sometimes there are imitations. I’ve been working hard to remove these imitations, but I truly appreciate my customers choosing to purchase from my store and supporting small businesses!
